Sarah's classes focus on modifications and adaptions. As a person with rare classifications including a form of dwarfism that has challenged mobility, strength, and identity, Sarah uses her natural ability to connect with others and intuitively leads her classes. Sarah pursued higher education and earned degrees in social science/psychology and education.
In early 2021, she completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training through Inspired Yoga. She teaches vinyasa and hatha- from beginner to advanced, and focuses on creating a meditative flow connected to the breath. In her spare time, Alexandra enjoys hiking, kayaking, gardening, reading and spending time with her animals- including a dog, cats & chickens.
