Inspired Yoga offers a varity of classes to include Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga Therapy and Restorative. Unless otherwise indicated all classes are heated using our therapeutic far infrared heaters from a gentle 80-F to the inferno heat of 105-F.
